ABOUT THE PHS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
The Perry High School Alumni Association,
Inc. was formed on October 29, 1987 as a non-profit organization
with 21 directors. Seven directors are elected each year and
serve for a three year period. Each director serves until
term expiration or upon resignation or removal. The officers
are elected at the first meeting of the year and consist of
President; Vice-President; Recording Secretary; Treasurer;
Corresponding Secretary; Attorney-At-Law.
The purpose of the Association is three-fold: (1) Educational
and charitable; (2) To provide financial assistance in the
form of scholarships to Perry High School graduates pursuing
higher education; (3) To solicit funds or in-kind contributions
to perform all tasks necessary to accomplish the association
goals.
Thanks to the generosity of Leroy Rolling the Alumni Association
has a permanent home located at 606 Cedar on the south side
of the Perry square. Office hours are 10:00 am - 2:00 pm every
Wednesday.
SCHOLARSHIPS
The Alumni Association provides scholarships
each year to deserving candidates who are graduates of Perry
High School and are seeking to pursue higher education. The
amount is determined each year in January or March. In 2003
the Alumni Association will present 12 scholarships in the
amount of $1200. A total of $45,400 has been presented to
date.

alumni association needs you! If you are a graduate of Perry
High School we encourage you to join the alumni association
and help support our many projects. As a member you will receive
the PHS Alumni newsletters informing you of upcoming events,
activities and reunions.
The PHS Alumni Association is only as strong as its membership
so we're counting on you! To join, send your request with
check payable to PHS Alumni Association. Be sure to include
your current (and maiden name), address, city, state, zip,
